This summer Bondils Blood Center wants you to choose to save a life. Blood donations can drop up to 20% in June, July and August yet the need for blood often increases during this time due to accidents, scheduled surgeries and medical treatments.
Give give blood between May 18 and July 12 will receive a t-shirt and between July 13 and September 6 will receive a Bonfils baseball hat. Donors who give twice during the 16 week campaign will be entered to win a trip for two to the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso in the Riviera Maya courtesy of Apple Vacations.

3rd Annual Golden Gallop: Race to Defeat Pancreatic Cancer
Join the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network’s 3rd Annual Golden Gallop: Race to Defeat Pancreatic Cancer on Saturday, September 6th at Splash Aquatic Park in Golden. The 10K run, 5K run/walk and 1K fun run will help fund the ongoing programs at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, including research grants, patient services and community events to raise awareness, create hope and ultimately find a cure for this terrible disease.
Registration is now open at www.goldengallop.org. The Golden Gallop kicks-off with on-site registration at 7:15am. The 10K run begins at 8am, followed by the 5K walk/run at 8:15am and the 1K kids’ fun run at 10am.
