The Canadian Vocalist with the talent to make some of the greatest songs entirely his own. His grandfather first introduced Michael to music by filling his ears with the songs of "The Mills Brothers", "Ella Fitzgerald", and "Frank Sinatra". The lyrics were so romantic, so real, the way Michael thought a song should be. He knew that he wanted to be a singer and he knew that this was the music he wanted to sing.
By the age of 17, Michael won first prize at the Canadian Youth Talent Search, released several independent albums, as well as performed in a musical review titled "Swing" that traveled across the U.S. It wasn't long before Michael was introduced to Grammy - winning producer David Foster and signed his first major record contract with Reprise Records. Michael Buble's major talent is in his flair for infusing his family and beloved music with a fresh, original and utterly unique sensibility entirely his own.
